What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

What is the cancellation policy?

100% refund 30 days before check-in. 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund.

Can I bring my golf cart, ATV or UTV?

Suwannee Comfort is nestled within the beautiful lands of the Suwannee River Water Management District, which helps protect and preserve our special area. To keep the environment safe and serene, motorized vehicles are only allowed with special authorization. In general, we encourage non-motorized use—like walking, biking, and paddling—to help care for the land and water. For that reason, ATVs and other off-road vehicles that aren’t street-legal in Florida are typically not permitted.

What about damages and liability?

We do not ask for a damage deposit at the time of booking, however when you stay at Suwannee Comfort, you come at your own risk. Should you damage something, you will be responsible for the total cost of the repair. Suwannee Comfort will not be held responsible should you and/or your property be damaged in any way while staying at this property. This is strictly enforced.

Can I bring my pet?

Suwannee Comfort is completely animal-free, including pets and service animals, due to chronic health and allergy concerns. This is strictly enforced. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I smoke / vape on the property?

There is absolutely no smoking and/or vaping inside the cabin. Smoking is discouraged on this property due to the fire hazard and will only be allowed outside the cabin. Please bring a container to store any cigarette butts, as they cannot be thrown on the ground or in the fire pit. This is strictly enforced.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we offer complimentary high speed internet to guests.

Do I need a license to fish on the river?

Yes, you will need a license to fish on the Suwannee River. The price of a Florida license depends on whether you’re a Florida resident or if you’re visiting from out of state. Get more information from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
